Sharp Imaging has validated the seamless integration of DocuLex Archive Studio 4 with the Sharp MFPs (multi-function products) via Sharp OSA technology.
Users will now be able to conveniently capture and index documents conveniently, by allowing them to interact with Archive Studio directly from the front panel of the MFP. Since users can now start and finish document scanning without using a PC, document capture workflow steps are reduced and efficiency is increased.
The DocuLex Archive Studio document management software comprises of Goby Capture, easy-to-use program providing simplified paper document conversion and electronic capture of all electronic files such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and email, and WebSearch, which provides electronic document access throughout a business's local and field operations, with the ease of use of a browser application, thus providing 'Instant Document Access' from any location.
