InfoPrint Solutions Company, a joint venture between IBM and Ricoh, has introduced the InfoPrint Color 1759 MFP and 1769 MFP, devices that significantly boost office productivity for enterprises of all sizes and delivering significant cost savings.
The two devices, that feature a 8-inch vivid touch screen, offer excellent monochrome printing speeds with light production color print functionality. With fast navigation on the touch screen, users can quickly execute print, scan, copy and fax functions. Security features like built-in encryption, physical printer security and PIN control not only ensure confidentiality of documents but also prevent misuse / abuse of the devices.
The MFPs also feature additional cost saving features such as color control, assignable print permissions, three levels of toner saver. To round of the complete benefits, there are flexible finishing options such as hole-punch, offset, staple, saddle stitch and fold.
In terms of specifications, the devices include a 1.25 GHz processor and 512MB of standard memory. The 1759 MFP can work up to 30ppm or 40 ppm monochrome letter. The 1769 MFP prints at speeds of up to 40ppm color or 45ppm monochrome letter.
