Twofold TFi-30 Mailing Equipment

The TFi-30 is a desktop folder inserter that operates at a high speed, handling up to 1,350 documents an hour. This compact and quiet folder inserter can process up to 5 documents of different sizes, even if they are stapled.

The TFi-30 folder inserter comes with 2 A4 size automatic feeders and 1 insert size feeder, allowing the operator to load up to 400 documents at once. The TFi-30 folder inserter measures the thickness of each piece of paper as it enters the feeder unit, ensuring no more than one sheet at a time is allowed to pass through. This is vitally important when sending out cheques or other financial documents. It can handle a variety of document sizes and will insert into envelopes of up to C5 size. The TFi-30 will simply fold documents, without inserting them into an envelope. Alternatively, it will insert documents into envelopes without folding or sealing if preferred. Such qualities makes theTFi-30 simple and reliable.

The TFi-30 folder inserter has a large, clear graphic display, which is easy to use and understand. The unique folded set mechanism means documents can be collated prior to folding, thereby presenting a complete set of documents when the envelope is opened. The TFi-30 folder inserter comes with simple automatic job settings, enabling the operator to pre-programme up to 9 of their most used set-ups. In the unlikely event of a stoppage, the clam shell design of the TFi-30, allows the operator instant access to the complete paper and envelope path. This means no damaged documents and no need for specialised operators in addition to proving to be an overall easy to operate piece of mailing equipment.
