Twofold TFi-70 Maliing Equipment

The TFi-70 is a compact sized folder inserter that can handle up to 40,000 items per month. This compact and quiet folder inserter will handle 3,500 documents per hour, and can process up to eight documents of different sizes (single fold) and 6 documents (tri-fold), even if they are stapled.

Like most Twofold Folder Inserters the TFi-70S folder inserter demonstrates simplicity and reliability. It has 2 automatic and 1 adjustable feeder, which when fully loaded can run for 975 inserts without any re-filling. The design of the feeder hoppers makes it easy to load large stacks of documents. Unlike other folder inserters, there is no need to pre-fan the documents. By measuring the actual thickness of the paper, the TFi-70S offers the most secure kind of double sheet detection and control. This is vitally important when sending out cheques or other financial documents. If you have a thick booklet or very glossy paper to process, then the Special folder inserter has an adjustable feeder, designed for the most demanding of paper feeding applications.

The TFi-70S also does not require a complex understanding of machinery on behalf of the owner. It has a large, clear touch screen colour panel, which is easy to use and understand. The folder inserter has a unique "Fill n Start" feature that adjusts most settings automatically, enabling the operator to simply load the stationery, press two buttons and let the folder inserter do the rest. The unique folded set mechanism means documents can be collated prior to folding, thereby presenting a complete set of documents when the envelope is opened. The TFi-70S enables the operator to pre-programme 20 settings in the memory, and get job information at the touch of a button. In the unlikely event of a stoppage, the clam shell design of the TFi-70S folder inserter, allows the operator instant access to the complete paper and envelope path. This means no damaged documents and no need for specialised operators.
