A Telephone PBX system and the functionality of a IP Telephony system encased in a 1U 19" rack, wall or desktop mountable constitutes the AYC IPcts-E system. This flexibility as a 'stand alone system' enables it to be installed in to any existing or 'green field' environment.

Primarily, this IP Telephony system is  designed for the small business market that has up to 50 users and requires 8 analogue lines. Furthermore, this product is a genuine IP Telephony system as opposed to an IP enabled system in which claims to operate without a PC are not necessarily true. On this same point, this product requires only one cable to operate both the phone and PC - it is these qualitys which entitle the IPcts-E a 'Converged Telephone System'.

The IPcts-E is at a feasible price well retaining the features and benefits of a much larger IP Telephony system.
