Folding and inserting letters can take a good 30 minutes of your time, while the FPi 500 folder inserter does the job in just 3 minutes at the press of a button in which time it effectively loads letters, envelopes and supplements into the corresponding stations - it even seals the finished envelopes and it's shape enables it to fit comfortably in every office.

In addition to easily handling your outgoing correspondence including anything ranging from post-card sized mailings to standard business correspondence, the product has 3 automatic feeder stations (two document and one inserter station). This gives the FPi500 a flexible quality because for non-stop operation the two document stations can be switched to tandem mode, working without interruption even when the other station is empty. Each station can hold 100 sheets of paper. The daily-mailing mode can select, fold and insert five pages into a single envelope.

The new FPi 5500 inserting system delivers a simple solution for automated letter inserting.

It's reliability regarding letter handling and it's high degree of flexibility in addition to the fact it can handle up to 4,000 letters per hour in C6, DL, and C5 envelopes explains it's popularity. Security and monitoring functions assure that every envelope is correctly and completely filled. The intelligent modular construction allows the system to be configured with 2 to 6 stations as well as customer-specific solutions. Compact design and quiet operation (66 dB) make the FPi 5500 appropriate for every office environment.

The FPi 5520 has two document feeders with the "S" version providing one mechanical separation feeder for thicker items.

The FPi 5540 has four document feeders with the "S" version providing two mechanical separation feeders.

The FPi 5560 has six document feeders with the "S" version providing two mechanical separation feeders.

Flex versions are available where the vario and mechanical feeders are tailored to customers specific requirements.

The jetmail franking machine feeds letters vertically like large mailsorting machines so that now you can have genuine mixed mail feeding plus reloading without interruption.

The cliche can be changed at the touch of a button, and furthermore you can have up to 9 advertising slogans and 9 types of mail cliches with more on the jetmail card.

Jetmail franking machines can handle items up to 20mm thick including Jiffy Bags and large items like C4 (A4 flat) mailings.
