The BT Pathway is a small modular, phone system that supports PSTN, ISDN or a mixture of both. This unit comes configured with two analogue lines available in 6 base configurations that can be easily upgraded to meet individual customer needs. Customers can connect the dedicated Pathway phone or standard telephones in addition to any approved ISDN devices. Other analogue devices such as faxes and modems may also be attached to the system to cater to the businesses requirements.

Similar to BT's 206 system, the BT Pathway 412 is a small modular, phone system that supports PSTN, ISDN or a mixture of both. A key difference between the two models is the configuration as the 412 is configured with 4 lines and 12 hybrid extension ports and can also be upgraded to a maximum working capacity of 8 lines and 18 extensions. Customers can connect the dedicated Featurephone or standard telephones as well any approved ISDN devices. Other analogue devices such as faxes and modems may also be attached to the system.
