Like the other members of the Multimessage systems collection, Multi320 offers high performance digital voice announcers. The M320 mf RAD is a robust and feature rich unit providing a cost effective way of delivering multi channel voice announcements, music and messaging on hold and interactive auto attendant functionality.

The system is designed with flexibility in mind and is supplied with a CDROM preloaded with application profiles for attendant or call queuing applications. Announcement features include music on hold, announce, time and date switching, strings, attendant, call transfer, direct to extension and live output.

Up to 99 different announcements can be recorded, stored and assigned to any port. Recorded announcements are digitally stored enabling callers to hear each from the beginning. Announcements can be strung together in sequence whilst a built in UPS ensures that calls will be answered even in the event of a mains power fail.

M340 Call Interceptor

The Multimessage Call Interceptor is a stand alone digital voice announcer specifically designed to provide high quality announcements but on incoming trunk lines. The primary application for this device is to provide an announcement to the caller that his or her call may be recorded for training, wuality or security purposes for example.

Following the end of the primary announcement the device then allows the call to pass on to its original main point of answer. At this time an optional second message can be played to the caller informing them that their call is being transferred. Alternatively, the message may contain other information such as marketing, product news, special offers etc.

The M349 is significant in accessing information faster and on a constant basis as it is capable of presenting information such as products, services, travel updates, sports and leisure events without requiring the intervention of a live operator. The automated Multimessage M349 RAD System uses digital technology to provide high quality voice messaging and music on hold on up to 5 lines. The M349 can be equipped with 4 to 8 minutes of memory and can store up to 60 outgoing announcements.

Different announcements can be assigned to each line, or a combination of lines, as required. Applications include ACD/UCD Announcements, call center announcements, out of hours, hotel wake up and many more.
